FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE--June 5, 2005

Colorado Springs, Colo. – June 5, 2005 – PorchLight Communications announced today that it has been selected to provide fiber optic network services to Canyon Reserve Townhomes. An advanced fiber optic infrastructure allows efficient delivery of next generation IP communication services such as local and long distance telephone service, high speed internet access, home security and DirecTV Digital Television under one billing platform, on a single network.

Under the terms of the contract, PorchLight Communications will be the exclusive provider of local and long distance services along with Internet Access, Home Security and DirecTV Digital Television under one billing platform.

“We are please to be providing the residents of Canyon Reserve converged services delivered over one of the most advanced and state-of-the-art networks available today.  The fiber to the home architecture eliminates the last mile constraints that have plagued traditional copper networks of yesterday.” said Robert Athey, President and CEO of PorchLight Communications.

“Canyon Reserve has been designed to allow the homeowner to experience the quality and amenities of mountain living with the conveniences of a Colorado Springs foothill location. The primary advantages of Fiber-to-the-Home at the consumer level are ease of use and value.  Our residents make one call to have it all.  Simple, future proof and attractively priced.” said Rob Monday, Managing Partner of Eagle Communities.

“By partnering with the developer, Eagle Communities, we have put in place the infrastructure to help revolutionize the way people work, play, and communicate from their homes.  PorchLight offers a turn-key solution that bundles a complete service package of telephone, television, internet and security under one bill.” said Corey Smith, CTO of PorchLight Communications.
