Nick is a proud father, and part of his passion for working with public servants comes from a deep desire to help build a better future for his daughter. He believes effective political messaging isn’t just about winning elections. It’s about shaping a world worth passing down.

The Work That Paved the Way

  • County Director, Austin Theriault for Congress, ME CD-2

As County Director, I helped turn ground game into message momentum. I led volunteer outreach and recruitment, managed direct mail strategy, and wrote phone and door scripts that reflected the district’s values. I tracked daily metrics, built relationships with county chairs, and staffed the candidate across key regions — helping ensure every handshake, knock, and message aligned with the campaign’s mission.

  • State Representative Campaign Consulting

I’ve supported multiple Maine State Representatives with behind-the-scenes messaging work — including logo development, direct mail copy, phone scripts, and walk pieces. My focus has always been helping local candidates sound clear, compelling, and true to their district. Whether it was shaping a campaign brand from scratch or tightening up voter contact messaging, I brought consistency and strategy to every piece of communication.

  • Healthcare Community Engagement and Digital Outreach

My role blended strategy and storytelling: designing training, workflows, and engagement pathways that honored the lived experiences of all men, particularly those often underserved by traditional healthcare systems. Every touchpoint was built to reflect dignity, respect, and cultural understanding. I worked across departments — from clinical teams to tech, from recruitment to operations — to implement a service experience that didn’t just meet expectations, but reshaped them.
